The role ensu</span><span>res accurate processing of financial transactions, reporting and appropriate governance of all elements </span><span>contained on the balance sheet, Income Statement and plus all processes housed in working capital</span><span>. </span><span>Fi</span><span>nancial transactions </span><span>performed </span><span>across various systems, including </span><span>SAP, </span><span>Oracle FCCS</span><span>, and </span><span>Cognos</span><span>.</span></p><p></p><p></p><p><b><span>Output and Accountabilities</span></b></p><p></p><ul><li><span>Preparation of intercompany chargeback requests</span></li><li><span>Prepare and execute intercompany billings, payments, netting, cash application, </span><span>accrual entries, adjustments and correction entries as needed</span></li><li><span>Prepare account </span><span>intercompany </span><span>reconciliations</span><span>, account analysis</span><span>and provide detailed transactions to non</span><span>-</span><span>finance teams</span></li><li><span>Prepare and upload </span><span>intercompany</span><span>related </span><span>journals</span><span>as required by the </span><span>business, including accruals; recharges and creating invoices</span></li><li><span>Investigate</span><span>and resolve</span><span>reconciling items</span><span>with the aim to clear </span><span>mismatches and </span><span>aged items</span></li><li><span>Review intercompany charges for completeness and integrity to the process </span><span>Present and implement co</span><span>rrective action and preven</span><span>ta</span><span>tive action for recurring process related issues.</span></li><li><span>Assist the team to meet weekly and monthly targets and all relevant SLA’s and KPI&#39;s </span></li><li><span>Participate in monthly closing for entities including balance sheet, income statement and other financial information for int</span><span>ernal and external reporting purposes</span></li><li><span>Investigate and resolve reconciling intercompany differences on FCCS and Cognos</span></li><li><span>Provides customer support and responds to requests and accounting</span><span>-</span><span>related inquir</span><span>i</span><span>es for intercompany processes</span></li><li><span>Adhere to internal control protocols and provide information as required to internal and external audit</span></li><li><span>Prepare, maintain and archive document</span><span>ation to satisfy audit </span><span>and statutory requirements </span><span>including MICS and Sox controls</span></li><li><span>Present to the Team Lead key challenges, insights and workarounds. </span><span>Trouble shoot issues and share improvement ideas with Team Lead</span></li><li><span>Maximi</span><span>z</span><span>e efficiency and </span><span>effectiveness of process area, as the Subject Matter Expert for the process</span></li><li><span>Identify automation opportunities to improve the way we operate and work closely with technology to leverage system function</span><span>alities to improve the process.</span></li><li><span>Maintenance of role </span><span>training documentation.
