You’ll lead projects that span digital and print, bringing ideas to life with originality and precision. </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">What makes this role special is the opportunity to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">integrate AI tools into the workflow.</span> From concept generation and prototyping to production and optimization, you’ll help shape how WMX blends human creativity with AI to deliver powerful, innovative work.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead and refine user-centered design processes across projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Partner with the marketing team, project managers, and Creative Director to deliver impactful campaigns.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain and evolve client brand guidelines, incorporating AI tools for scalability and efficiency.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Direct deliverables across multiple projects, ensuring work is on time, on budget, and on-brand.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experiment with and adopt AI-powered tools to streamline research, spark creativity, and improve workflow.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Mentor and coach designers, encouraging a culture that embraces innovation while maintaining craft and quality.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Keep up with design and AI trends, proactively suggesting new approaches to elevate our creative work.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">5+ years of experience in UX/UI, visual design, or art direction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"><span>Hands-on experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">AI creative tools</span> (MidJourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar).</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Expert level proficiency with Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, and InDesign) Adobe, and Google Web Designer a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Skilled with HTML, CSS, PHP &amp; JavaScript a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">HTML coding and development for Email using responsive design and email coding best practices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">High proficiency with WordPress and WooCommerce</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">A powerful portfolio of creative work that demonstrates originality, innovation, problem-solving, and personal expression, <span>ideally including AI-enhanced work.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Expert-level proficiency with Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Proficiency in Adobe XD, Animate, or Google Web Designer a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">A compelling design portfolio with examples of UI/UX, Visual Design, Branding, Presentation Decks, Graphic Design, Print, and information visualization, <span>ideally including AI-enhanced work.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Experience across digital channels</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, utilize resources, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Highly motivated and a high level of initiative; ability to work independently, in support of the agency’s creative goals and the client’s business objectives</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Exceptional at your craft and a critical project owner</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">A fascination with innovation and technology</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Bachelor’s degree in Graphic and/or Web Design, or equivalent professional experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">Hospitality and Travel experience a big plus</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold\"><strong>Who are we exactly?</strong></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\">WMX, founded in 1999 and based in Miami, Florida, is a full-service marketing agency.
