Description

Venture Home is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in-office in Stamford, CT! This is not a customer service role, it is a sales position  focused on outbound performance and closing deals. If you are a persistent communicator with a "closer" mentality, we would like to hear from you. We are looking for people who have experience selling and closing deals over the phone. As a Corporate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for calling and educating homeowners on the benefits of solar, qualifying them, and scheduling free consultations for the outside sales team. Only candidates possessing the following requirements will be contacted: • Proven track record: Minimum of 2 years of outbound calling experience. • Tech savvy + strong computer skills. • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is strongly preferred​​​​​​ • Must have a sales mentality and be a strong confident closer • Exceptional listening and speaking skills with a persistent, yet friendly, phone presence • Strong time management and multitasking ability • Candidate must be available to work on-site at our headquarters in Stamford, CT.   (Relocation assistance is not provided) Job type: Full-time Compensation: Hourly + Commissions $65,000 – $80,000 OTE (Base + Uncapped Commission) Benefits: Work with industry leaders at a time of unprecedented growth Potential for growth and a fast track into higher earnings and leadership roles Competitive compensation and bonus opportunities Full benefits package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Voluntary Life & AD&D Insurance, H.S.A., Employee Assistance Program for full time employees Paid sick and vacation time for full time employees
