The Manager, Leasing plays a central role in delivering on that promise.</p>\n<p>Reporting to the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Director,</span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Property Management</span>, the Manager, Leasing oversees the full leasing lifecycle, ensures operational excellence across all leasing activities, and partners closely with Property Management, Marketing, and Property Administration to support occupancy, retention, and resident satisfaction.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team Leadership &amp; Coaching</span> — Lead, mentor, and develop a team Leasing Specialists; provide daily coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing skills development.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Leasing Performance Management</span> — Set clear expectations, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent execution of Pier 4 leasing standards across all properties.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Resident Experience Oversight</span> — Ensure every prospective and new resident receives a warm, professional, and seamless onboarding experience.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Portfolio‑Level Coordination</span> — Partner with Property Managers to align leasing activity with operational needs, suite readiness, and occupancy goals.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Quality Assurance</span> — Conduct regular audits of leasing files, advertising accuracy, suite readiness, and compliance with policies and legislation.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Market Intelligence</span> — Oversee weekly market surveys, competitive analysis, and pricing recommendations; ensure the team maintains up‑to‑date knowledge of local market conditions.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Advertising &amp; Marketing Collaboration</span> — Work with Marketing to ensure all listings, social media campaigns, and third‑party platforms are accurate, compelling, and aligned with brand standards.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reporting &amp; Insights</span> — Review weekly traffic reports, conversion metrics, and leasing activity; provide insights and recommendations to Property Management and Asset Management.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Suite Readiness Oversight</span> — Ensure Leasing Specialists complete regular vacant suite inspections and maintain “100% Rent Ready” standards in partnership with Maintenance and PM teams.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compliance &amp; Documentation</span> — Ensure all leasing documentation, LMR/FMR collection, credit checks, reference checks, and tenancy agreements meet legal and company requirements.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross‑Functional Collaboration</span> — Work closely with Finance, Marketing, Maintenance, and Project Management to support smooth move‑ins, accurate reporting, and strong resident relationships.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Issue Resolution &amp; Support</span> — Provide guidance to Leasing Specialists on complex applications, escalations, and resident inquiries related to leasing policies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">5 years</span> of residential leasing or property management experience, including <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">leadership or supervisory experience</span>.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of leasing processes, residential tenancy legislation, and market dynamics.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.</li>\n<li>Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi‑task, and manage deadlines.</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust with residents, team members, and cross‑functional partners.</li>\n<li>High attention to detail and accuracy.</li>\n<li>Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.</li>\n<li>Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by business needs.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and property management/leasing software.</li>\n<li>Commitment to professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.</li>\n</ul>",
