          "text": "<p>The <strong>Field Project Coordinator</strong> is responsible for planning, managing, and leading all activities associated with structural steel projects from beginning to end while remaining within budget and keeping to project deadlines.&#xa0;</p><p>• Monitor all costs associated with project and meet with Director of Field Operations</p><p>• Work closely with other management teams including Shop, Field, Detailing departments and project management.&#xa0;</p><p>• Handle all dealings with key personnel including clients, engineers, architects, detailers and construction teams to identify potential problems and develop resolutions.</p><p>• Ensure that all terms of contract and obligations are properly maintained.</p><p>• Comply with AISC policies and procedures as well as OSHA safety standards.</p><p>• Ensure complete follow-up of project requirements to ensure customer service.</p><p>• Prepare reports for management and meet with key personnel to make certain project is on schedule.</p><p>• Review plans and proposals to determine proper procedures for accomplishing department, company goals.</p><p>• Assure proper accounting for project change orders.&#xa0; This may include estimating budgets for change orders and preparing estimates.</p><p>• Ensure all details of project are completely documented.</p><p>• Visit job sites as required.</p><p>• Develop, review, and maintain job schedules on a continuous basis for Customer Schedules and Installation Schedules.</p><p>• Analyze budgets for subcontract work as required.</p><p>• Prepare invoicing documents as required.</p><p>• Maintain and enhance Customer Relationships.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p>",
