We are committed to a safe work environment sending every person home safe and healthy every day and leaving a sustainable legacy on our host communities.&nbsp; We offer a generous benefits package which includes a competitive medical, dental, and vision plan with national provider networks, a 401k retirement plan with employer contribution, paid time off, company-sponsored medical clinics, company match share purchase program, and much more!</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Repair and rebuild of processing equipment in the Roaster area to include pumps, piping and vessels, in addition to preventative and predictive maintenance routes</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Four (4) years as a journeyman in industrial maintenance or two (2) years maintenance school (completed with certificate)&nbsp;<strong>preferred</strong></li><li>Demonstrated ability experience in operating crushing/processing equipment including jaw, gyratory and cone crushers, and conveyor belts&nbsp;<strong>preferred</strong></li><li>Demonstrated ability to work from blueprints and drawings<strong>&nbsp;preferred</strong></li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and complete repair on all pumps, primary crushers, Omnicones and conveyor systems&nbsp;<strong>preferred</strong></li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and rebuild gearboxes and pumps including centrifugal and positive displacement&nbsp;<strong>preferred</strong></li><li>Experience in TIG and MIG welding stainless steel and titanium pipe&nbsp;<strong>preferred</strong></li><li>Millwright skills to include: hydraulic systems and alignments&nbsp;<strong>preferred</strong></li><li>Fabrication, machinist and high-pressure welding skills&nbsp;<strong>preferred</strong></li><li>Excellent safety and attendance record&nbsp;<strong>required</strong></li><li>Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job&nbsp;<strong>required</strong></li><li>The ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this role.</li></ul><p style=\"background-color:white;line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><strong>What We Can Offer You:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"background-color:white;line-height:normal;tab-stops:list .5in;\">A comprehensive compensation package including a competitive medical, dental, and vision plan with national provider networks, a 401k retirement plan with employer contribution AND employer match, paid time off, company-sponsored medical clinics, company match share purchase program, and much more!</li><li style=\"background-color:white;line-height:normal;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team.</li><li style=\"line-height:normal;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Endless opportunities to grow and learn with industry colleagues.</li><li style=\"line-height:normal;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Access to a variety of career opportunities across the organization.</li><li style=\"line-height:normal;tab-stops:list .5in;\">Nevada Gold Mines is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.</li></ul>",
