You will serve the church by ensuring classrooms and worship environments are set up with care before services and returned with excellence afterward, creating a safe, welcoming, and well-functioning space where ministry can thrive.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a seasonal position requiring work on Sundays. The pay rate for this position is $15 - $16 per hour and benefits include the ability to earn paid time off.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Executes setup and teardown with care and precision, following established standards so spaces are restored well after each service</li><li>Perform general janitorial duties to preserve the cleanliness of the campus</li><li>Complete service coverage duties during service times and special events</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Success is defined as...</strong></p><p>Success in this role is defined by the ability to create a prepared, welcoming, and distraction-free environment where ministry can flourish. A successful Care Team member consistently:</p><ul><li>Ensures classrooms and worship spaces are fully set up on time, clean, safe, and ready before families and volunteers arrive</li><li>Executes setup and teardown with care and precision, following established standards so spaces are restored well after each service</li><li>Anticipates needs by noticing details that impact the experience of children, families, and volunteers (supplies, room flow, cleanliness, safety)</li><li>Supports the worship and service environment by preparing spaces that allow leaders and families to focus on God without logistical distractions</li><li>Works dependably and collaboratively with the Care Team and ministry staff, arriving on time and completing responsibilities without needing reminders</li><li>Models consistency and stewardship, treating church spaces and resources with respect and ownership</li></ul>",
