Our guided tours span Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States &amp; Canada, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and South America.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Founded in 2005 by two friends, Carl &amp; Jakes, Expat Explore was built on a shared passion for exploration and delivering fun, affordable, and once-in-a-lifetime travel experiences. Group coach travel continues to be one of the most immersive and rewarding ways to explore the world.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Expression of Interest – 2027 Season</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">We are currently <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">accepting expressions of interest only</span> from experienced and passionate coach drivers who may be available to join our award-winning European tour operations during the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">2027 season</span>.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee placement but allows us to consider you for Tour Driver opportunities as they become available.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The Opportunity</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">As a Tour Driver in Europe, you will work as part of a two-person team alongside an experienced and knowledgeable Tour Leader, delivering a safe, professional, and memorable on-the-road experience for our guests.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Driving one of our tour coaches across Europe on tours ranging from 7–26 days</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Committing to extended periods on the road during the Summer season</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Planning and communicating effectively with your Tour Leader and the wider Operations &amp; Transport Team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintaining high standards of vehicle cleanliness and completing basic maintenance checks</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Navigating between destinations in line with the tour itinerary</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Actively participating in the group experience and engaging with passengers</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">This Role Is for You If You:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Have a genuine interest in travelling across Europe and sharing its cultures, food, and experiences</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Always prioritise passenger safety</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Are organised, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain professionalism at all times while focusing on guest experience</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Eligibility &amp; Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Valid EU passport or valid EU work visa (mandatory)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Valid EU manual driving licence (D class)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Valid driver tachograph card</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Valid Driver CPC</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to be away from home for much of the Summer season</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">High level of English, both spoken and written</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><em>Please note: We are unable to consider applicants who do not hold an EU passport or valid EU work visa.</em></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Remuneration</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Engagement is offered on a contractual basis with a day rate of pay, earnable incentives, commissions, and a recommended tipping policy.
