This role focuses on evidence‑based analysis, documentation review, and practical recommendations, with a strong grounding in ITIL and production support best practices.</span></span></span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">As an IV&amp;V Analyst, You Will:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute detailed assessments of system and operational readiness under the direction of the IV&amp;V Lead</li>\n<li>Review and analyze documentation related to architecture, test plans and results, defect logs, deployment plans, runbooks, SOPs, DR/BCP plans, and service/support procedures</li>\n<li>Assess the design and maturity of ITIL‑aligned processes, including incident, problem, change, and release management, and how they are practiced in day‑to‑day operations</li>\n<li>Evaluate monitoring and alerting capabilities, incident response workflows, on‑call structures, and escalation paths for production events</li>\n<li>Participate in interviews and workshops with technical, operations, security, and business stakeholders; capture and validate notes and observations</li>\n<li>Support the review of performance and load testing approach and results, including test coverage for peak volumes and major events or cutovers</li>\n<li>Contribute to analysis of data and reporting readiness (e.g., data warehouse, dashboards, regulatory and operational reporting) and test‑data management</li>\n<li>Document findings, risks, and gaps in a structured way, including supporting evidence and practical, prioritized recommendations</li>\n<li>Assist in preparing weekly status reports, interim assessment summaries, and executive‑level briefing materials</li>\n<li>Help refine and apply measurable go‑live readiness criteria and track progress against them throughout the engagement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">To Be Successful, You Need:</span> </p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>US Citizenship Required</span></li>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business IT Management or equivalent practical experience  <br></li>\n<li>3–7 years of experience in IT consulting, IV&amp;V, QA, operations, or related assurance roles supporting enterprise systems</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of ITIL‑based service management, particularly incident, problem, change, release, and configuration management</li>\n<li>Experience reviewing and working with operational documentation (runbooks, SOPs, DR/BCP, incident reports) and translating it into maturity and readiness assessments</li>\n<li>Familiarity with enterprise testing practices (functional, integration, performance/load), defect management, and environment management</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and writing skills; able to create clear, evidence‑based findings and recommendations for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders</li>\n<li>Comfortable conducting stakeholder interviews, documenting observations, and following up on open questions and evidence gaps</li>\n<li>Desired: experience with public sector or regulated industries;
