Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must maintain the strictest confidence of any and all confidential information disclosed by an Ameristar entity or by a guest of Ameristar Casino</li>\n <li>Enter membership information into computer</li>\n <li>Be knowledgeable of, and follow, all gaming regulations related to this position</li>\n <li>Create and issue loyalty cards for guests</li>\n <li>Assist in Marketing promotions and player events involving the promotions</li>\n <li>Redeem coins, tickets, chips and cash guest checks</li>\n <li>Respond to reasonable guest requests or place guest in contact with appropriate person for assistance</li>\n <li>Ability to identify circumstances or incidents that require the notification and/or approval of others</li>\n <li>Cooperative and able to take direction to follow through on assignments and work with the team</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred</li>\n <li>Cash handling background helpful but not required</li>\n <li>Experience dealing with the public</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal, communication & guest service skills</li>\n <li>Knowledge of entry level computer skills</li>\n <li>Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays</li>\n <li>Minimum of one year of guest service experience is strongly encouraged</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
