    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><p><strong>Weatherford has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Wireline Field Operator II to join the Wireline Team in Peine, Germany.&nbsp; The Wireline Field Operator II&nbsp;will be responsible for the installation, repair, and routine servicing of Wireline-related equipment both in the field and the shop. This hands-on role involves operating Weatherford’s equipment and systems, following detailed technical procedures, and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of services to our clients. &nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>We can consider applications from candidates within the EU who have a valid EU passport and/or work permit.</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Perform field operations for Wireline equipment.</li><li>Provide on-site support to the Field Supervisor, ensuring adherence to Weatherford service quality standards and client expectations.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure proper rig-up/rig-down of equipment following strict work instructions and safety protocols.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain or assist with accurate job records and complete detailed reports.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and Job Hazard Analyses (JHA); report issues promptly using company reporting tools.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a safe, organized, and presentable work environment at all times.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, within the physical demands of the role.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Minimum 5 years of oil and gas offshore field experience with at least 2-3 years in Wireline.</span></li><li>Proficiency in using Wireline tools, equipment calibration, and maintenance procedures.</li><li>Strong knowledge of oilfield Wireline products and pressure control equipment.</li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, strong judgment and decision-making to be in line with policies and procedures.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Good time management</span>.</li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Able to meet the physical demands that the role requires</span>.</li><li>Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.</li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts, and travel to remote locations as required.</span>&nbsp;</li><li>Valid EU passport or valid work permit.<span>&nbsp;</span></li><li>German language skills are preferred, and English language skills is required.</li><li>Valid driving license is required and heavy-duty driving license is preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>About Us:</strong></p><p>Weatherford is a leading global energy services company.
