The Project Manager will manage safety, general contractor, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, profits, and sales growth of one or more customers or projects. Continually prospect for new customers and expand services into new regions within his/her area of responsibility. &nbsp;Conduct business in accordance with PPC and Pieper Electric, Inc. mission and vision statements.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage billing &amp; collections; bill customers at least bi-monthly. &nbsp;Manage billings for positive company cash flow. &nbsp; Track accounts receivable and manage working capital to no more than 3% of sales. &nbsp;Manage to zero 90-120 day receivables.</li><li>Forecast what is to be done on a weekly basis, when, and by whom. &nbsp;Analyze and forecast factors that affect results to maximum efficiency. &nbsp;Develop appropriate programs, strategies, and supervision.</li><li>Share manpower, resources, and tools with all projects, departments, and branches as needed.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with customers; ensure high quality service is provided to guarantee repeat sales and favorable recommendations. &nbsp;</li><li>Take prompt action to resolve any customer complaints. &nbsp;Survey all customers and achieve a minimum rating of 9.0 out of 10, with a goal of 9.8.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Achieve minimum score of 80%, with a goal of 91%, on employee satisfaction.</li><li>Provide overall leadership to department while acting as a team player; lead by example; provide necessary and frequent communication to direct reports to ensure smooth and efficient operation of department.</li><li>Provide personnel development plans, monitoring, coaching, feedback, &amp; growth opportunities to your direct reports. &nbsp;Ensure that you are developing at least one candidate to back up your position. &nbsp;Assess own development needs and plan with your supervisor for incorporation into your development plan.</li><li>Interview &amp; hire prospective employees. &nbsp;Manage employee job performance. &nbsp;</li><li>Complete performance appraisals timely. &nbsp;Counsel, discipline, and terminate as necessary and in accordance with company policies.</li></ul><p>Requirements:</p>This position requires a decisive leader with a passion for hands-on work in outdoor environments and a strong drive for construction project management work. Must have a desire to work in a team-based environment and contribute immediately. &nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>High school education is required; Two or Four-year construction-related degree or Journeyman background (4-5 year apprenticeship) also required (may be waived in the event of document, significant work background).</li><li>Individual must be able to work independently, meet deadlines and budgets, work on multiple jobs simultaneously, and fulfill all job requirements within a timely fashion.</li><li>Be willing and capable of completing personal development plans for self and subordinates preferred.
