You will also work closely with broader finance and cross functional teams to ensure accounting compliance, adherence to Emerson accounting policies and reporting.</p><div><strong>In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:</strong></div><div><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting, including preparation, consolidation, and analysis of financial statements and disclosures in line with local regulations and Emerson policies</li><li>Close partnership with Finance and Shared Services to ensure timely month-end close process and effectively resolve technical accounting issues.</li><li>Complete monthly, quarterly and annual \"data request\" submissions to EMEA HQ team.</li><li>Actively contribute to the completeness and quality of account reconciliations and balance sheet analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis.
