We're technical problem solvers: when a customer has a specific need, we draw on the full range of capabilities Semble offers - our public API, Semble Connect (our automation and integration platform built on Workato), low-code tooling, and AI - to design and deliver the right solution, including integrations with other systems in their ecosystem.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is an end-to-end role focused primarily on existing customers. You'll lead discovery, translate business requirements into solution designs, build and test the solutions, and own the go-live. You'll work closely with our Customer Success and Implementation teams, and support Sales on technical scoping, demos, and proof of concepts when deals need technical depth.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Run discovery with customers to understand their current processes, identify automation and integration opportunities, and turn those into clear solution designs and delivery plans.</li>\n<li>Design, build, and test solutions and integrations using the right tool for the job - our public API, Semble Connect (Workato Embedded), low-code tooling, AI capabilities, webhooks, and where needed, light custom logic.</li>\n<li>Act as the technical lead for customers through implementation and go-live, managing stakeholder communication and ensuring a smooth handover.</li>\n<li>Own the monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimisation of the automations you build - you're accountable for what you ship.</li>\n<li>Create and maintain technical documentation, integration diagrams, and implementation guides for customers and internal teams.</li>\n<li>Work with Product and Engineering to feed back integration patterns, gaps, and customer requirements that should influence the roadmap.</li>\n<li>Support Sales during the sales cycle: technical scoping, answering prospects' technical and security questions, demos, and proof of concepts for complex opportunities.</li>\n<li>Champion our public API - guide customers and partners on how to build against it for their own integrations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we are looking for</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>You communicate clearly with customers and non-technical stakeholders, and you enjoy doing so.</li>\n<li>You're a hands-on builder with experience designing and delivering technical workflows, integrations, and automations in a customer-facing role - whether as a Solutions Consultant, Implementation Engineer, Technical Specialist, or similar.</li>\n<li>You're comfortable leading technical discovery with customers, shaping requirements, and turning them into a credible delivery plan.</li>\n<li>You have solid technical foundations: building integrations with APIs, data models, workflow logic, authentication, and cloud fundamentals.</li>\n<li>You combine commercial judgment with technical ability: you scope responsibly, know when something is out of bounds, and design for safe, successful delivery.</li>\n<li>You thrive when there's no existing playbook and you're building the approach from scratch.</li>\n<li>You document well - you understand that good work isn't just built, it's communicated.</li>\n<li>You take compliance and data protection seriously; working in a healthcare environment requires it.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to haves</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in B2B SaaS, healthtech, or another regulated industry.</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with Workato, Mulesoft, Zapier, or similar.</li>\n<li>Experience using AI tools or LLM APIs to build solutions or accelerate your own work.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with health data standards and interoperability concepts (FHIR, HL7, SSO, identity brokers).</li>\n<li>Experience working with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions based on customer integration needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll get in return</span> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>The great feeling coming with knowing you do something that matters: shaping the future of healthcare</li>\n<li>£80,000–£100,000 package (based on your experience, seniority and the value you bring). </li>\n<li>Autonomy and ownership– we’ll set the vision and share the context, then we trust you to run with things - that’s the reason we hire you!  </li>\n<li>36 days off: 25 holidays +bank holidays +3 extra days (birthday and ‘feel good’ days) - that we will expect you to actually take so you can recharge and rest. <br></li>\n<li>Private Health Insurance – covering physical and mental health, as well as dental and optical!  </li>\n<li>Hybrid &amp; flexible work environment – work from anywhere in the UK, with also some flexibility to work across Europe.
