The initial contact you will make in enrollment, impacts the entire length of our students journey here at Covista.&#xa0;<br>\n<br>\nResponsibilities</p><ul><li>Proactively contact and respond to prospective students via telephone, email, and SMS with the use of a contact strategy.</li></ul><ul><li>Assess and qualify prospective student through prequalification or interview to determine if Covista&#xa0;University’s programs meet the academic and professional needs of the prospective student.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist the applicant through the enrollment process by collaborating with other departments to ensure positive application progression, student satisfaction and success.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to establish rapport and build relationships via phone in a high-volume environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Remain compliant with standards and policies of the University while operating in a student-centric environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to adjust and adapt quickly to change and implement updates accordingly.</li></ul><ul><li>Work in a team environment and represent Covista’s culture of care while supporting new student enrollment goals.</li></ul><ul><li>Exemplify Covista values (Teamwork, Energy, Accountability, Community, Heart) throughout all day-to-day interactions.</li></ul><ul><li>For those hired at a specific campus, host campus events for prospective students/applicants, attend local community events, and promote the university.</li></ul><ul><li>Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul><ul><li>Complies with all policies and standards</li></ul>",
