You’ll be the friendly, go to expert for board members, owners, and contractors—making sure everything runs smoothly and in line with our management agreements.\n\nWhether you’re looking to grow your condominium management career or dive deeper into a leadership role, you’ll find plenty of support and development opportunities here.\n\n Why This Role Might Be Perfect for You: \n\n✔️ You’re a licensed Condominium Manager in Alberta (through RECA) \n✔️ You’ve got great communication and organization skills \n✔️ You’re a natural when it comes to customer service and relationship building \n✔️ You enjoy working in a team, but you’re also confident making decisions independently \n✔️ You’re curious, motivated, and ready to grow in your career\n\n What You’ll Be Doing: \n\n🏢 Overseeing day to day operations for your assigned portfolio—ensuring everything from maintenance to communications is on point \n📋 Managing contracts, monitoring performance, and making sure our high standards are met (and exceeded!) \n💬 Building strong relationships with board members, owners, tenants, and contractors—you're the friendly face of our service \n📈 Taking care of budgets and keeping spending on track—because financial stewardship matters \n👥 Supporting and supervising any Magnum York site staff at your properties \n📚 Offering helpful guidance on legislation and compliance—so our communities stay informed and protected \n🛠️ Identifying ways we can make our properties even better through improvements and innovation \n🚀 Promoting and using our in house systems and processes to keep everything running like clockwork\n\n Requirements\n\n What We’re Looking For: \n\n✔️ You have at least two years of experience in condominium management —you know the ropes and are ready to take ownership of your portfolio \n✔️ You’ve worked with maintenance and mechanical projects, or subcontracted services before—that’s a bonus! \n✔️ You hold a valid Condominium Management Associate license through RECA \n✔️ You're comfortable with Microsoft Office and accounting systems, and you’re eager to learn new tools \n✔️ You understand the ins and outs of budgets, administration, and accounting processes \n✔️ You’re organized, self motivated, and able to manage your time and responsibilities like a pro \n✔️ You have a good working knowledge of CPA regulations and are familiar with condominium bylaws \n✔️ Your communication skills—written and verbal—are strong and professional \n✔️ You take pride in excellent customer service and know how to build strong, trusting client relationships \n✔️ You have a valid Driver’s License , a clean Driver’s Abstract , and your own reliable vehicle \n✔️ You’re willing to complete a Criminal Record Check (required for the successful candidate)\n\nAt Magnum York, we believe in supporting our team, offering opportunities for professional growth, and creating a work environment where people enjoy coming to work each day.\n\nReady to take the next step in your condominium management journey?
