GREAT CAREERS! </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Pay: $26.69/Hourly</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Your Role:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with daily training of new employees or new to the job team members.</li>\n <li>Work safely in a manner that protects and promotes the health and wellbeing of the individual and the environment.</li>\n <li>Maintain the area in a clean/safe state.</li>\n <li>All housekeeping and 5S activities in the assigned area.</li>\n <li>Train and perform all tasks according to SWI.</li>\n <li>Responsible for meeting the scheduled maintenance of 5S standards for all buildings and grounds such as scheduled painting, sealing, and cleaning of walls and floors.</li>\n <li>Work independently and prioritize multiple work tasks.</li>\n <li>Effectively procure resources and information as necessary to perform 5S activities.</li>\n <li>Assist with snow removal/salting by all plant exits and employee walkways during normal shift hours after every snow fall. This includes access to recycling bins and resin silos.</li>\n <li>Provide assistance to the TPM team members in TPM tasks as assigned.</li>\n <li>Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.</li>\n <li>Assist with accident and near miss reporting and investigation.</li>\n <li>Responsible for complying with the GMP practices and programs to ensure safe food packaging product and to report food safety problems to those with authority to act.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>You will love it here if…</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>You put safety first, always </li>\n <li>You listen, learn, and evolve </li>\n <li>You are passionate about collaboration, teamwork, and achieving shared goals </li>\n <li>You treat all people with respect, operating ethically, and embrace inclusivity</li>\n <li>You are committed to improving our impact on local communities</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong>We need you to have:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Prior experience using both sit down and stand-up forklifts with the ability to obtain your forklift certification.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform basic math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.</li>\n <li>Availability to work a flexible schedule with some nights and weekends.</li>\n <li>Ability to work overtime as needed.</li>\n <li>Must maintain appropriate physical conditioning to meet normal job requirements such as standing, sitting, walking, kneeling, bending and lifting.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.</li>\n <li>Must possess a valid drive license.</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain mobile equipment license for forklifts, bobcat, and aerial lifts.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work at heights, stairs on roof, and silos.</li>\n <li>Must be able to read and write at a high school level or above.</li>\n <li>Ability to stand/walk 80-90% of scheduled workday.</li>\n <li>Ability to meet plant attendance expectations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Icing on the cake:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience at a manufacturing facility.</li>\n <li>Mobile Equipment operation.</li>\n <li>Two years related work experience such as construction and painting.</li>\n <li>Basic math skills.</li>\n <li>Basic written and verbal skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to learn computer entry.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Want to know more?
