An understanding of the regulatory landscape in the UK &amp; EEA as it relates to distribution is a distinct advantage.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attend client calls during the onboarding phase and conduct regular meetings with clients post-onboarding to ensure service deliverables are being met</li>\n<li>Working with clients’ product experts within the regulatory framework to:</li>\n<li>complete jurisdictional analyses of target markets and agree investor types and classification</li>\n<li>formulate investor query responses</li>\n<li>Working with internal teams to ensure necessary fund registrations / AIFM passports or pre- <br>marketing permissions are in place prior to carrying out any regulated distribution activity</li>\n<li>Agreeing communications with clients for pre-marketing and marketing campaigns and directly issuing to potential investors</li>\n<li>Review and approve client marketing materials in line with FCA rules and the EEA's cross-border distribution framework.</li>\n<li>Providing fund documents (point of sale) and marketing materials to investors</li>\n<li>Ensuring all activity is carried out in accordance with the team’s written policies and procedures</li>\n<li>Ensure the team’s procedures and processes are maintained to a high standard. Support the Manager in creating new processes / procedures when required.</li>\n<li>Train and support other members of the team in their daily activity</li>\n<li>Complete monthly and quarterly tasks on a timely basis ensuring compliance within the regulatory framework is adhered to</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS</span></p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education:</span></p>\n<p>Third level, minimum B.A. degree <br><br><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span></p>\n<p>At least 4 years’ experience working with international clients and with exposure to alternative UCITS and</p>\n<p>AIFs, ideally within a sales support or regulatory support team for an asset manager or fund service provider.</p>\n<p>An understanding of the regulatory landscape in the UK &amp; EEA as it relates to distribution is a must and working knowledge of another European language would be a plus.</p>\n<p>You should be able to demonstrate:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in English</li>\n<li>Strong organisational skills, particularly an ability to prioritise multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining attention to detail</li>\n<li>Collaboration with colleagues across geographic and functional boundaries</li>\n<li>Proactive problem resolution and an ability to independently manage tasks</li>\n<li>High levels of personal integrity and client service</li>\n<li>An ability to combine an understanding of local markets within the wider business &amp; regulatory context</li>\n<li>Self-motivation and confidence</li>\n<li>Minimum B.A. degree, preferably within a finance-focused curriculum.</li>\n<li>Solid computer skills particularly in Salesforce, or similar CRM system, Excel and PowerPoint</li>\n</ul>",
