In this position, you’ll play an active role in the design and development of features for our cloud-based commercial tax software product. You’ll work on a distributed team of software developers, as well as collaborate with our quality assurance, project management, and product management teams.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Some of the things you’ll be doing:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>• Collaborate proactively with a distributed team, including developers, quality assurance, project management, and product management teams to deliver quality software in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>• Participate in the daily standup to keep the team informed and on track.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>• Write quality code to create new features and resolve issues.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>• Peer review your colleagues’ code and suggest improvements. Testing is a shared responsibility, including unit testing and integration testing automation.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>• Remain up to date with cutting-edge technology and experiment with and learn new technologies, including recommending and implementing those technologies.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>• This is a versatile role that will require diving into many areas. Even if you don’t have direct experience, you should be comfortable with uncertainty and be excited to learn.&nbsp;</p><p>• Coach and mentor more junior software engineers&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>• 6+ years of full stack software design and development experience&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>• Experience with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Typescript, React. &nbsp;Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Next.js, Vue.js, Svelte is a plus</p><p>• Experience with Cloud providers such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud. Azure is a plus.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>• Experience with Microservice-based architecture.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>• Familiarity with Containerization using Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Container Apps, or Azure K8 Service&nbsp;</p><p>• Excellent problem-solving skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>• Ability to program and work independently.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>• Good verbal and written communication skills&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>• A passion for software product development&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>• Expertise with object-oriented design, patterns, and programming&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>• Expertise with unit and integration testing of code&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>• Ability, willingness, and motivation to learn and grow in an organization&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>• Willingness to learn from mistakes, adapt, and improve&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>• Open to giving and receiving direct and honest feedback&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>• Track record of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>• A history of contributing ideas and opinions in a dynamic, diverse, and talented team&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>#CSC &nbsp;#CSCCareers &nbsp;#TechJobs &nbsp;#CorporateTax &nbsp;#LI-HL1</p>",
