These programs provide permanent supportive housing and case management services for adults living with HIV/AIDS and chronic medical conditions as well as Young Adults (18-24) aging out of foster care. <em id=\"isPasted\"><strong>The positions offer a salary range of $40,000-$42,000, with a generous benefit package including health insurance, dental, vision, dependent care, paid time off, 401(k), tuition assistance program and more.
