          "text": "<p>Sika is looking for an experienced&#xa0;Facilities Associate to join&#xa0;its&#xa0;growing team in&#xa0;the Canton area for our Roofing Business.</p><p>The Facilities Associate at Sika will play a key role in maintaining proper operations of our facilities and building systems. Responsibilities will also include preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of building problems, and other duties as listed below.&#xa0; This position reports to the Facilities Coordinator.</p><ul><li>Perform preventive maintenance for our facilities and on building systems</li><li>Troubleshoot&#xa0; HV/AC, water systems, air compressors, sprinkler and fire suppression systems</li><li>Oversee, as directed, office expansion and/or office relocation set-ups</li><li>Provide operational support to production department to ensure efficient operations</li><li>Data entry to preventive maintenance program</li><li>Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health and safety procedures and other regulations</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>",
