The OAR I serves as the Owner’s representative, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with DSA standards and regulatory requirements.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Education Requirements</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">    • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
