At Alisio`s we see service as an extension of our story, where each interaction helps create a meaningful and memorable dining journey for our guests.&nbsp;</p><p>As a <strong>SERVER</strong>, you are at the heart of that experience. You will guide guests through the menu with knowledge and care, deliver thoughtful and attentive service and help create a warm, welcoming environment where every guest feels connected and valued.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Educate customers about food, ingredients and culture</li><li>Help patrons select food and beverages by presenting a menu, offering cocktails, suggesting courses, identifying appropriate wines and answering food and preparation questions&nbsp;</li><li>Be personable, always greet patrons, engage with a positive attitude, and make a point to remember regulars</li><li>Be a team player, and work together with your team to foster a family and warm atmosphere&nbsp;</li><li>Take food and drink orders from customers accurately with a positive attitude</li><li>Enter orders in computers for transmission to kitchen staff</li><li>Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems</li><li>Promptly address customer service issues and refer customer to management to necessary</li><li>Collect payments from tables</li><li>Prepare checks that itemize the total meal costs and sales taxes</li><li>Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed</li><li>Fill in for absent staff as needed</li><li>Comply with health and safety codes</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Team player + positive attitude</li><li>Strong customer service skills</li><li>Excellent oral communication skills required</li><li>Positive interpersonal skills required</li><li>1 year Front-of-House (FOH) experience as a server/food-runner/host</li><li>Service experience in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to acquire a valid Food Handlers license, Sexual Harassment certification.
