You will provide assistance to the Assistant Program Manager for Test and Evaluation and Lead Test Engineer. From Flexible Time Off to Wellness Reimbursements we want all our team members to achieve the highest levels of life/work balance.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>AVIAN - where creative, talented minds flourish, and where proactive, productive, proficient professionals feel valued.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Utilize Integrated Test and Evaluation Management Systems (iTEMS), including <strong>iTrack</strong> and <strong>iTest</strong>, to support test planning and execution tracking.</p></li>\n <li><p>Produce and maintain <strong>test execution metrics</strong> and status reports to support program leadership and decision-making.</p></li>\n <li><p>Use <strong>Microsoft Project</strong> to track schedules, milestones, and task progress related to test activities.</p></li>\n <li><p>Coordinate and administer the <strong>Test Data Management Working Group</strong>, including scheduling and facilitating quarterly meetings.</p></li>\n <li><p>Facilitate <strong>Contract Deliverables Requirements List (CDRL)</strong> reviews for test teams, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of required documentation to the Program Office.</p></li>\n <li><p>Coordinate recurring and ad hoc meetings, including preparation of slide decks, briefing materials, and memos; ensure conference room readiness and VTC functionality.</p></li>\n <li><p>Manage the <strong>receipt, organization, and archival of all test reports</strong>, including both government- and contractor-generated documentation.</p></li>\n <li><p>Develop and maintain <strong>Test Rainbow Charts</strong> to visually track and communicate test progress and execution status.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have 10+ years of experience</li>\n <li>A Bachelor's Degree may be substituted for 4 years of work experience, a Master's Degree may be substituted for an additional 2 years</li>\n <li>Must be familiar with Microsoft applications</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense TS/with Yankee White Prescreen security clearance.</li>\n <li><strong>Navy acquisition and test experiece</strong> desired</li>\n <li>Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.</li>\n <li>The salary range for this role is $110,000-$130,000. (<em>The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.)</em> </li>\n</ul>\n<p>At AVIAN, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial security, and overall well-being.
