Must have strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with contractors, homeowners, and other employees.</p><p></p><p><strong><em>Day-to-day Responsibilities:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Working in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Preparing quotes for potential customers</li><li>Handle and process customer returns</li><li>Develop and maintain a working technical knowledge of products sold</li><li>Coordinate customer delivery requirements with the dispatcher</li><li>Shared responsibility for inventory management and purchasing</li><li>You will be expected to perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><h2><em><strong>Requirements for the role:</strong></em></h2><ul><li>Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus</li><li>Must have a can do, customer service first attitude</li><li>Basic math skills</li><li>Must have a good memory to be able retain a working technical knowledge on vast   amounts of building materials (Roofing, Siding, Decking, Windows/Doors, Waterproofing)</li><li>Prior experience with building materials is a plus</li><li>Able to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Commitment to the Company's mission and its core values</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li></ul><p></p><p><strong><em>Benefits:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Competitive Pay</li><li>Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision / Life Insurance</li><li>401(k) with discretionary employer match</li><li>Paid vacation and Holidays</li><li>Yearly reviews with opportunities to advance your career based on performance</li></ul>",
