The Maintenance Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.</p><p><u><strong>What you're responsible for:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Leading and supervising&#xa0;a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support</li><li>Coordinating&#xa0;with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities during planned downtime periods</li><li>Diagnosing&#xa0;and troubleshooting issues with equipment, ensuring timely and effective resolution of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems</li><li>Conducting&#xa0;regular inspections to identify signs of wear, damage, or potential failures</li><li>Initiating&#xa0;and executing&#xa0;maintenance projects to address equipment upgrades, modifications, or replacements as necessary</li><li>Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and equipment performance metrics</li></ul>",
