We take pride in having one of the most comprehensive support teams in the western United States—and our associates are our most valuable asset.</p>\n\n<p>The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring accurate, efficient processing and shipment of orders to our customers.</p>\n\n<hr />\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Receive, pick, pack, audit, and ship customer orders</li>\n\t<li>Load and unload truckloads of merchandise</li>\n\t<li>Verify orders to ensure accuracy</li>\n\t<li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and yard</li>\n\t<li>Prepare and secure parts for transport</li>\n\t<li>Maintain inventory controls (stock tracking, data entry, and reporting)</li>\n\t<li>Assist with physical inventory counts (weekly and annually)</li>\n\t<li>Prepare parcels for shipping</li>\n</ul>\n\n<hr />\n<h3><strong>Additional Responsibilities</strong></h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Support the Parts Manager with various tasks</li>\n\t<li>Perform data entry and general office duties</li>\n\t<li>Maintain a clean workspace and company vehicle</li>\n</ul>\n\n<hr />\n<h3><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)</li>\n\t<li>Ability to push, pull, grasp, and lift as needed</li>\n\t<li>Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds</li>\n\t<li>Ability to operate a forklift</li>\n\t<li>Willingness to assist in setting up new farm equipment</li>\n</ul>\n\n<hr />\n<h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n\t<li>2+ years of warehouse or distribution experience</li>\n\t<li>6+ months operating material handling equipment</li>\n</ul>\n\n<hr />\n<h3><strong>Benefits</strong></h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Paid Sick Leave, Vacation, and Holidays</li>\n\t<li>100% employer-paid medical coverage for employees and families</li>\n\t<li>Dental and Vision plans</li>\n\t<li>401(k) / Roth with company match</li>\n\t<li>Quarterly and annual bonus programs</li>\n\t<li>Company stock after 5+ years of service</li>\n</ul>\n\n<hr />\n<h3><strong>Additional Information</strong></h3>\n\n<p>This job description is not intended to be a complete list of all duties and responsibilities.
