Develop and implement effective, personalized treatment plans.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Ongoing Support &amp; Education:</span> Empower families by teaching them techniques and strategies to improve communication, and create home programs to support progress beyond therapy sessions.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Documentation &amp; Reporting:</span> Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment plans in line with payer guidelines and Montana’s speech therapy regulations.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Contribute to the Team:</span> Participate in team meetings, collaborate on goals for patients, and share knowledge with teammates to enhance the quality of care provided.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Community Engagement:</span> Help advocate for therapy services in local schools, daycares, and other community sites to raise awareness and expand access to services.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">What We’re Looking For:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">A Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology</span> or an equivalent program.</li>\n<li>Ability to <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">obtain an SLP license in Montana</span> (Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply!).</li>\n<li>Enjoyment of working with <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">diverse populations</span>, especially children, and <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">family-centered care</span>.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">CPR/First Aid Certification</span> (preferred or to be completed within 90 days of hire).</li>\n<li>A <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">current driver’s license</span>, insurance, and a reliable vehicle for travel to clients' homes and community locations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Ready to Make a Difference?</span><br>If you’re excited about the opportunity to work in a collaborative, supportive environment and make a lasting impact in the lives of children and families, we want to hear from you!
