You will drive strategic planning, recruitment, and outreach efforts; champion quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives; and supervise and mentor physicians and advanced practice providers. The role includes oversight of general endoscopic procedures and quality metrics, including colon cancer screening and interventional techniques, as well as close collaboration across specialties to optimize care delivery.
