Prepare and present regular financial and operational reporting to leadership.</li>\n   <li>Own annual planning, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling for the Internet Business portfolio.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Cloud Financial Operations \n  <ul>\n   <li>Lead Azure and GCP cloud financial operations for Internet Business, including spend allocation, tracking, forecasting, reserved capacity planning, chargeback models, etc.</li>\n   <li>Partner with technology leaders to translate technical decisions into financial impacts</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Vendor Management &amp; Procurement Oversight \n  <ul>\n   <li>Own financial and operational oversight of Internet Business vendors, including SaaS providers, platform partners, and professional services.</li>\n   <li>Ensure contract RFPs/renewals and negotiations are planned and executed on time</li>\n   <li>Ensure purchase orders, invoices, and vendor spending align with budgets and approvals</li>\n   <li>Ensure vendors are onboarded properly and continuously meet commercial and financial expectations</li>\n   <li>Coordinate with procurement, legal, security, and finance to ensure policy compliance and risk management.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Stakeholder Partnership \n  <ul>\n   <li>Act as the trusted financial advisor to Internet Business and its various levels of management (Director/VP/SVP)</li>\n   <li>Translate financial, vendor, and cloud spend data into decision support and executive-ready insights</li>\n   <li>Establish governance mechanisms that balance speed and scalability</li>\n   <li>Represent Internet Business interests in Finance-led meetings, ensuring priorities are clearly communicated and understood.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Develops and maintains a productive work teams by hiring qualified personnel, training, and managing performance.</li>\n <li>Manages teams with integrity, ethical business practices, and in accordance with Mouser policies, procedures, and practices.</li>\n <li>Customarily and regularly directs the work of two or more full-time employees or their equivalent.
