This position is responsible for scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and supporting patients with check-in and check-out processes.</p>\r\n\r\n<hr />\r\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Greet patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Educate the patient regarding procedure prep, insurance requirements and billing</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Obtain copies of insurance cards and verify insurance eligibility&nbsp;</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Collect and post payments, co-pays, and deductibles</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Assist patients with new patient paperwork and answer general inquiries</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic information</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Coordinate referrals and communicate with external providers</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>\r\n\t<p>Support other administrative duties as assigned</p>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure reception area is ready for each working day and open the facility for business each day.&nbsp;</li>\r\n\t<li>Secure the building at the close of each business day.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
