We deliver products and services that meet our borrowers' diverse needs quicker and easier than traditional sources!</p>\n<p>Are you a detailed orientated person who can operate in a fast-paced environment and has the interpersonal skills to work with third-party brokers?</p>\n<p>We are looking for an <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Equipment Leasing Fulfillment Officer</span> to join our team. You will have direct ownership of your files and be responsible for ensuring that the required documentation is compliant for funding. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for supporting originators in terms of applications, funding, communication to achieve established SLA’s in terms of turnaround time, accuracy including system usage.</li>\n<li>Accurate review of documentation for compliance and adherence within business risk tolerance parameters.</li>\n<li>Duties include Register PPSA, pull lien searches and advise sales representatives of required waivers.</li>\n<li>Ensure the deficiency process is followed and consistently address outstanding items within the SLA requirement.</li>\n<li>Liaise with broker partners where required on specific transactions and in general to support the originator relationship.</li>\n<li>Problem-solving and tactfully handling challenging interactions with Brokers. By efficiently deescalating complaints from brokers and internal sales representatives with professionalism and integrity always.</li>\n<li>Complete audit calls to verify lease information.</li>\n<li>Understand Vaults business and the process and policies and auditing guidelines.</li>\n<li>Integrate new processes and procedures, including adopting and applying system automation.</li>\n<li>Timely escalation when issues arise and proactive follow-up to resolve issues.</li>\n<li>Share process improvement recommendations to your Team Lead.</li>\n<li>Be a positive team player.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills Knowledge &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to prioritize, multi-task, organize, and execute in a fast-paced environment</li>\n<li>Detail orientated, with excellent organizational and follow up skills</li>\n<li>Strong written and oral communicator</li>\n<li>Personable and professional</li>\n<li>Successfully adapts to changing situations</li>\n<li>Works independently within the team</li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office</li>\n<li>University degree or equivalent</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We thank all interested candidates, however, due to the volume of applications received, only those candidates selected for interviews will be contacted. </p>\n<p>Vault Credit Corporation is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
