This role ensures that all HVAC services are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the day-to-day operations of the HVAC service, maintenance, and installation teams.</li>\n<li>Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation to ensure timely project completion and service response.</li>\n<li>Monitor project budgets, labor utilization, and operational costs to achieve profitability goals.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and OSHA safety regulations.</li>\n<li>Develop and implement operational procedures, quality standards, and performance metrics.</li>\n<li>Conduct regular field audits and inspections to ensure workmanship quality and customer satisfaction.</li>\n<li>Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate HVAC technicians, supervisors, and support staff.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with sales teams to support new business development and customer retention initiatives.</li>\n<li>Review and approve proposals, estimates, change orders, and project documentation.</li>\n<li>Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships to ensure quality service and cost-effective solutions.</li>\n<li>Respond to escalated customer concerns and resolve service issues promptly.</li>\n<li>Prepare operational reports and provide updates on performance, productivity, and financial results.</li>\n<li>Maintain inventory control and oversee equipment procurement and asset management.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support strategic planning and growth initiatives for the HVAC division.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.</li>\n<li>Minimum of 5–7 years of HVAC management experience.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of commercial and residential HVAC systems, maintenance practices, and installation procedures.</li>\n<li>Experience within industry</li>\n<li>Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams and projects simultaneously.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of applicable building codes, EPA regulations, and OSHA requirements.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with HVAC service management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling systems.</li>\n<li>Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>HVAC certification or licensing.</li>\n<li>EPA Universal Certification.<br></li>\n<li>Experience within facilities management or building services environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to visit construction sites, mechanical rooms, rooftops, and active work environments.</li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.</li>\n<li>Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and inspect work areas as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Compensation and Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li>\n<li>Performance-based bonus opportunities.</li>\n<li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance.</li>\n<li>401(k) with company match.</li>\n<li>Paid time off and holidays.</li>\n<li>Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable).</li>\n<li>Professional development and training opportunities.</li>\n</ul>",
