This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who can combine strategic product ownership with disciplined Agile execution, ensuring clear priorities, predictable delivery, and strong communication across teams.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Will Do</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span> • Partner with multiple client stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and business priorities<br>• Translate strategic goals into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and well-prioritized backlogs<br>• Lead sprint ceremonies across US and LATAM teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and predictable delivery<br>• Drive day-to-day execution, surface risks early, and remove blockers before they impact timelines<br>• Maintain high standards through solid Definitions of Ready and Done<br>• Ensure strong communication across time zones and cross-functional groups<br>• Provide structured updates, progress reports, and risk assessments to client leadership<br>• Use analytics, customer feedback, and engineering insights to guide prioritization<br>• Oversee release readiness, QA coordination, and cross-team dependencies<br>• Champion continuous improvement and process optimization across all supported clients</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span> • Eight or more years of experience as a Product Owner, Agile Project Manager, or similar hybrid role<br>• Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and iterative software development<br>• Experience supporting multiple clients or multiple concurrent workstreams<br>• Proven ability to collaborate with distributed teams, including nearshore LATAM engineering<br>• Excellent communication skills, including executive-level client interaction and reporting<br>• Strong organizational capability and mastery of Jira, ADO, or comparable tools<br>• Ability to break down complex initiatives into actionable engineering deliverables<br>• A leadership mindset focused on outcomes, quality, and delivery excellence</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span> • Experience with SaaS products, enterprise platforms, or large scale systems<br>• Familiarity with AI assisted engineering workflows such as GitHub Copilot<br>• Technical fluency with APIs, cloud architectures, or microservices<br>• Background in consulting, professional services, or multi-client environments</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Work with Sonatafy?</span></p>\n<p>At Sonatafy, you'll join a community of highly skilled engineers across Latin America supporting innovative U.S.-based teams.
