    "description": "<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p>Odyssey Systems is recruiting to fill a Senior level <strong>FMS Engineering Management Support</strong> position supporting the ISR Sensors Division (AFLCMC/WIN), at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. WIN is part of the ISR/SOF Directorate (AFLCMC/WI), who is responsible for equipping our warfighters to win the fight. The Directorate executes a $22 billion acquisition portfolio developing, producing, testing, modifying, fielding, and supporting Air Force ISR and SOF platforms, and related sub-systems.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Program description:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ISR/SOF Directorate has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility for equipping ISR & SOF warfighters to dominate the battlespace. Applicants will benefit from competitive salaries, career growth, and a unique ability to positively impact national security on a global scale!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Duties include, but not limited to: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Possess the advanced knowledge, experience, and recognized ability to be considered highly skilled in FMS Engineering Management Support. Must work independently and be able to apply procedures.</li>\n <li>Translate FMS user requirements into system requirements which will be used by the weapon system contractor to design, develop, fabricate, test, and evaluate systems, subsystems, and equipment for deployment.</li>\n <li>Assist in performing technical/mission analyses of operational requirements, assist in developing system concepts, and perform technological/trade-off study assessments of proposed designs. </li>\n <li>Assist with processes for drafting project documentation including, SOOs and SOWs, program plans, schedules, and presentations. </li>\n <li>Assist in drafting regulatory and statutory documentation to include, but not be limited to, the SEP and life cycle management plan. </li>\n <li>Assist in reviewing Contractor documents and data and providing comments. </li>\n <li>Assist test teams in the development of test requirements, reviewing test plans. </li>\n <li>Assist in reviewing and analyzing technical proposals or modifications for cost, design feasibility and system compatibility. </li>\n <li>Assist in supporting and conducting engineering performance, effectiveness, cost effectiveness, cost performance, life-cycle cost, producibility, maintainability, supportability, reliability, technical/schedule risk assessment, and scheduling trade-off studies. </li>\n <li>Assist in supporting the evaluation of IMP, IMS, and SEDS engineering cost estimates. </li>\n <li>Assist in the evaluation of systems test plans (such as systems test plans/test and evaluation master plans) and participate in the conduct of system, subsystem, and component testing. </li>\n <li>Provide systems/subsystems integration support for the acquisition, development, and verification of systems and equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><em><strong>Minimum Required Qualifications</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Citizenship: </strong>Must be a US citizen</p>\n<p><strong>Clearance</strong><strong>: </strong>Secret</p>\n<p><strong>Education & </strong><strong>Years of Experience: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>ABET Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, three of which must be in the DoD.</li>\n <li>OR, seven years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, five of which must be in the DoD.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Additional Information</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Location: </strong>Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio</p>\n<p><strong>Travel: </strong>10%</p>\n<p><strong>Onsite</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-ST1</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Odyssey </strong>is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
