    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 12+ years of experience in IT industry</li>\n <li>Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Java-based applications and services.</li>\n <li>Design and implement scalable microservices using&nbsp;<strong>Spring Boot</strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>RESTful APIs</strong>.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to define solution architecture.</li>\n <li>Drive best practices in coding, design, and deployment.</li>\n <li>Guide and mentor junior developers through code reviews, technical sessions, and task planning.</li>\n <li>Ensure system scalability, performance, security, and reliability.</li>\n <li>Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordinate with cross-functional teams.</li>\n <li>Support DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong proficiency in&nbsp;<strong>Core Java</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Spring Boot</strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>Microservices architecture</strong>.</li>\n <li>Experience with&nbsp;<strong>REST APIs</strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Maven/Gradle</strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>JUnit/TestNG</strong>.</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of design patterns, multithreading, exception handling, and collections.</li>\n <li>Good experience in Unit Testing and Integration Testing</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of&nbsp;<strong>SQL/NoSQL databases</strong>&nbsp;(MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation, Benefits and Duration</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum Compensation: USD 42,000<br/>Maximum Compensation: USD 147,000<br/>Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
