    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">An elementary fourth grade teacher’s role is to integrate Biblical truth in all areas of curriculum matter and to help students internalize the subject matter, skills, and attitudes that will prepare them for middle school and beyond.  </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">They should be passionate about motivating students to accept God’s gift of salvation and to grow in their faith.  Explaining complex concepts simply and utilizing curriculum and enrichment materials to encourage students to be curious and have respect for the world and resources that God created is essential.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Required Education:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Have obtained a Bachelor’s degree</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Preference is given to candidates with state-level teacher certification</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Required Spiritual Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">All faculty and staff shall:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Have received Jesus Christ as his/her Savior</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Believe that the Bible is God’s Word and standard for faith and daily living</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Be in agreement with school’s Statement of Faith and Christian philosophy of education</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Be a Christian role model in attitude, speech, and actions toward others.
