The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm. The family relocates to the Hamptons in the summer months and would like to find a housekeeper who is willing to transition to a 2-3 day per week schedule, and travel out to the Hamptons on those days. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>All upkeep of a three bedroom, 2500 square foot apartment</li>\n <li>Deep cleaning </li>\n <li>Organization- creating and maintaining systems throughout the home</li>\n <li>Daily tidying</li>\n <li>Laundry</li>\n <li>Packing and unpacking the family for travel</li>\n <li>Errands as needed</li>\n <li>Occasional assistance with letting in vendors, calling and supervising repairmen </li>\n <li>Help in the kitchen would be great, but is not required </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Kind, with a pleasant disposition</li>\n <li>Competent self starter</li>\n <li>Able to follow directions and maintain established organization systems </li>\n <li>Excellent communicator</li>\n <li>Though childcare is not required, the housekeeper should be comfortable working around children </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>US work authorization </li>\n <li>Covid vaccinated</li>\n <li>Willing to travel to the Hamptons in the summer in exchange for a lighter work schedule</li>\n <li>Comfortable working around children and pets</li>\n <li>Spanish-speaking would be a bonus but is NOT required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary and Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>$40-45/hr. </li>\n <li>Healthcare reimbursement</li>\n <li>PTO </li>\n</ul>",
