          "text": "<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Railcar Loader to join our team in Nanticoke, Canada. As a Railcar Loader, you will play a crucial role in our transportation operations, ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of railcars.</p><ul><li>Conduct thorough visual inspections of railcars to ensure mechanical soundness and identify any defects prior to loading or unloading.</li><li>Prepare railcars for loading by opening manways and installing appropriate loading arms or hoses.</li><li>Load specific products into railcars using loading manifests, accurately measuring and recording volumes and temperatures.</li><li>Secure railcars for shipping according to Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) standards.</li><li>Complete and maintain accurate documentation, including checklists and manifests.</li><li>Work collaboratively in a team setting, both at ground level and on elevated railcar loading racks.</li><li>Adhere to and promote a behavioral-based safety system to achieve zero-loss goals.</li><li>Perform duties in various weather conditions and during rotating shifts, including days and nights.</li></ul>",
