Your skills in autobody,  electrical systems, and welding will be highly valued.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hours:</span> Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> (No Weekends!)</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work in a skilled and supportive team environment that will help you grow.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Perform a variety of service and repair tasks to repair and maintain equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Enjoy a balanced work schedule with no weekend shifts.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Service and repair a variety of trailers, including but not limited to utility trailers, car and cargo trailers, race haulers, and horse trailers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Handle tasks including tires, brakes, lighting, electrical systems, and small part hydraulics.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Perform welding and fabrication work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Apply your excellent electrical and autobody skills to repair and maintain equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Diagnose, problem-solve, and repair various trailer and towing equipment issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Replace and repair trailer components such as doors, floors, rails, roofs, posts, and side panels.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Conduct brake service, wheel seals, axle replacement, suspension work, hitch installation, electrical wiring, and painting.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with the management and technician team to monitor progress and coordinate material and supply management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain a neat and organized shop and parts showroom.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Ideal Candidate:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">3+ years of experience in auto, equipment/trailer repair.  Will consider less experience with the willingness to prove themselves at work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with tires, brakes, lighting, electrical systems, small hydraulics, welding, and fabrication.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of both English and Spanish is a plus.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Dependable, punctual, focused, and acts with integrity.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Self-driven, high performer, and motivated by job quality.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs with assistance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Capability to climb, bend, and crawl.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Active and valid driver's license.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Willingness to work as part of a team.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">401(k) plan</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Employer pays for half of health insurance premium</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Paid vacation</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><em>KSI’s Talent Acquisition Team partners with companies to assist with their hiring needs.
