Directly or indirectly, you will have exposure to cutting-edge technology and groundbreaking medical research.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Facilitating and coordinating care by providing evidence-based care based on the nursing process, policies, procedures, and protocols of the Johns Hopkins Health System. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Providing direction to/management of other team members to promote quality, safety, and excellence in care.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Working collaboratively with, and providing leadership for, a multidisciplinary health care team to support program initiatives that support quality, safety, and excellence in care.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Participating in promoting improvement initiatives (clinical, financial, operational) that supports, protects and promotes area of specialty. </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p>Implementing initiatives in area of specialty as directed by nursing and medical leadership.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Fostering a clinical environment of service excellence.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Must have:    </p>\n<ul>\n <li>2 years of recent ICU experience</li>\n <li>Current registered nurse license in the state of Maryland, or licensed in a compact state</li>\n <li>Current AHA BLS and ACLS certification                                </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Johns Hopkins Health System and its affiliates are equal opportunity / Affirmative Action employers.
