This position requires an OSINT specialist who is a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of operating both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.</p><p><br></p><p>As a contractor assigned to Merck in this full-time position, you will be employed by Minuteman and enjoy a complete set of excellent health and retirement benefits. You will work at the Merck campus in Rahway, NJ.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><h1>What you’ll be doing (and doing well!):</h1><p>· Monitor, analyze, and assess physical security threats to corporate facilities, personnel, and executive leadership&nbsp;</p><p>· Manage and enhance threat intelligence collection processes and monitoring strategies&nbsp;</p><p>· Generate products and processes that track threat actors and emerging threat streams, producing timely intelligence reports, briefings, and assessments&nbsp;</p><p>· Utilize specialized tools (e.g., Liferaft, Flashpoint) and Boolean-based search techniques to identify potential risks, including activity on underground or non-traditional online platforms&nbsp;</p><p>· Coordinate closely with the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) to align monitoring and response efforts&nbsp;</p><p>· Track protest threats, special risks to field personnel, and specialized functional areas at the company</p><p>· Partner with regional security teams to evaluate threats and support in evaluation of global security posture improvements&nbsp;</p><p>· Collaborate with industry peers to share intelligence, benchmark best practices, and enhance analytic capabilities&nbsp;</p><p>· Respond to urgent, time-sensitive incidents while managing multiple competing priorities effectively&nbsp;</p><p>· Develop innovative intelligence products and processes with a high degree of autonomy, while maintaining alignment with leadership priorities</p><p>· Ability to deliver on management’s priorities in a timely manner, with attention to detail and excellent critical analysis and judgment</p><p>· Be a self-starter who can work with stakeholders, identify needs, and proactively develop support and products to assist the partners</p><p>· Perform other job-related duties as assigned</p><p><br></p><h1>Minimum Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>A Bachelor’s or advanced college degree;</li><li>A minimum of 5 years’ experience (7+ years preferred), &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;including prior experience in tracking and managing threats</li><li>Good exposure to a variety of threat monitoring tools &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;and vendors, and expert-level abilities at using tools such as Liferaft &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Navigator, Ontic, Skopenow, Flashpoint, or other platforms driven by &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Boolean-based logic.</li><li>Highly self-motivated and capable of managing &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;multiple complex requirements, including urgent late-breaking incidents.</li><li>Strong communication, coordination, and &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;organizational skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information, &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;exercise sound judgment, and deliver clear, and actionable insights.</li></ul><h1>Preferred Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Previous experience in the pharmaceutical sector</li><li>Background in investigative analysis</li><li>Experience with quantitative data analytics</li></ul><p>This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) of this position.
