The company’s programming currently includes Convergence, The Hivemind, and The Delphi Podcast, which cover topics across technology, crypto, finance, markets, and other areas relevant to Delphi’s audience.<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br><br><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">Position Overview</span><br><br>Editor / Content Producer - Delphi Media<br></span><br>We’re looking for a highly skilled Editor / Content Producer to support Delphi’s growing media output, with a focus on turning podcast recordings into polished longform episodes and high-performing shortform clips.<br><br>This role will work closely with the Delphi Media team to shape raw footage into cohesive, engaging content while identifying and extracting the most compelling moments for social distribution.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do<br></span><br>● Cut shortform clips (X, IG, TikTok, Shorts) that highlight the strongest, most shareable moments<br>● Edit full podcast episodes into clean, structured, high-quality longform content<br>● Craft strong hooks, pacing, and narrative flow to maximize retention<br>● Create engaging short form clips about current events in tech from various external shows<br>● Pull surface standout insights, quotes, and reactions from recordings<br>● Add light graphics, captions, music, and sound design where appropriate<br>● Collaborate closely on creative direction, notes, and fast-turnaround edits<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we’re looking for<br></span><br>● Strong editorial taste and instincts, especially for conversation driven content<br>● Proven ability to turn longform footage into compelling shortform clips<br>● Fast, efficient, and detail-oriented execution<br>● Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and what performs on social<br>● Good eye for design and strong ability to follow established branding<br>● Comfortable working in a fast-moving, feedback-driven environment<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tools &amp; experience<br></span><br>● Proficiency in The Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve or other editing/creative software<br>● Experience with podcasts, interviews, or creator-led content preferred<br>● A general understanding of Figma to create and edit templated UIs and/or storyboarding<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What success looks like<br></span><br>● Podcast episodes feel tight, intentional, and on-brand<br>● Shortform clips consistently capture the best moments and drive distribution<br>● Fast, reliable turnaround with minimal oversight</p>",
