Additional details regarding each role are provided below.</span></p><ul><li><span><strong>Retail Site</strong>: We are looking for a product owner to join our Digital Experience team, supporting the retail website and pre-authenticated member journey.&nbsp; In this role, you will own and prioritize a defined product roadmap, partnering closely with engineering, design and business stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences for prospective members – from plan discovery and comparison through enrollment.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li><span><strong>Member Portal:</strong> We are looking for a product owner to join our Digital Experience team, supporting the authenticated member account experience.&nbsp; In this role – you will own and prioritize a defined product roadmap, partnering closely with engineering, design and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, reliable digital tools that help members manage their health benefits with confidence.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></span></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Bachelor’s degree in related field required. &nbsp;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or related role required.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">&nbsp;Experience working with agile product development teams required. Experience in healthcare, including payers, healthcare IT, or insurance, preferred.</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Strong ability to translate business and clinical needs into product requirements, manage competing priorities, and make data driven decisions.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Must have demonstrated the ability to manage multiple products &amp;/or scrum teams.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Experience with SCRUM and/or Scaled Agile development methodologies.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Expertise in defining and prioritizing business requirements and validating product capabilities.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Excellent communication skills to engage an organization of multiple specialties.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Ability to manage competing priorities and understand the downstream implications of shifting priorities.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Ability to facilitate the completion of work in a matrix environment.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Ability to analyze information and to evaluate the implications of a course of action or solution.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Ability to interpret and apply common sense understanding to carry out a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Relationship management skills.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">A demonstrated track record of working with minimal supervision, being a self-starter, and working with others in a team environment.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Strong implementation, problem solving, and analytical skills.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Excellent project and time management skills.</span></li></ul>",
