Responsibilities Client and stakeholder engagement: Leads strategic discussions with clients, customers, and data providers Develops enterprise-wide solutions and ensures alignment with shopper-centric initiatives Presentation development and delivery: Creates and delivers high-impact presentations integrating multiple data sources Serves as subject matter expert in client meetings and internal strategy sessions Associate development: Mentors and guides direct reports Facilitates best practice sharing and fosters a culture of continuous learning and development Data analytics leadership: Oversees integration of scan, point-of-sale, panel, and geodemographic data Ensures insights are actionable and aligned with client objectives Qualifications Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Experience Requirements: 8–10 years experience in relevant field Travel requirement: 35% travel expected Supervisor Responsibility Direct Reports: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports Indirect Reports: Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports Required Knowledge and Skills Oversees multiple shopper insights clients and platforms Leads strategic planning and resource allocation Drives profitability through insights and client engagement Mastery of syndicated data platforms Deep experience with shopper panel and geodemographic data Strategic thinking and consulting skills Strong presentation and storytelling capabilities Proven leadership and mentoring abilities Expertise in category management principles Advanced proficiency in productivity and presentation software Environmental & Physical Requirements Office / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs. Field Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed in a retail in-store environment, which may include working in variable temperatures such as refrigerated areas, freezer sections and deli/bakery areas. The position typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each workday performing the following activities: Engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds, stand on feet for long periods of time, use consumer goods products, prepare, and serve food and beverages safely as appropriate for the product demonstration. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Field Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed in a retail in-store environment, which may include working in variable temperatures such as refrigerated areas, freezer sections and deli/bakery areas.
