          "text": "<p><strong>How will you make a difference?</strong></p><p>You will ensure the reliability, quality, and efficiency of our Teamcenter PLM environment. As part of the Freight Components business, you will support our engineering teams during a major PLM transformation—including data standardization, CAD integration improvements, and multi-site migration from legacy systems (Windchill, Smarteam) to Teamcenter. Your contribution will help secure data integrity, improve engineering workflows, and enable consistent global practices across our organization.</p><p><strong>What do we want to know about you?</strong></p><ul><li>3–5 years of experience in Teamcenter functional support, administration, or PLM analyst roles.</li><li>Understanding of BMIDE concepts, workflows, queries, datasets, and lifecycle states.</li><li>Ability to open and troubleshoot NX, Creo, or SolidWorks assemblies.</li><li>Knowledge of product structure principles (EBOM, CadBOM).</li><li>Experience supporting engineering teams in industrial environments.</li><li>Strong communication skills; ability to guide non-technical users.</li><li>Fluent English (mandatory).</li><li>Experience with data cleaning or multi-CAD environments is a strong plus.</li></ul><p><strong>What will your typical day look like?</strong></p><ul><li>Provide daily PLM support to engineering teams in the UK and US.</li><li>Create and maintain Teamcenter queries, troubleshoot user issues, and manage access rights.</li><li>Open and validate CAD models in NX, SolidWorks, and Creo to identify missing references or corrupt datasets.</li><li>Clean, correct, and standardize legacy data as part of ongoing multi-site migration activities.</li><li>Support workflows: unblock processes, update statuses, fix lifecycle inconsistencies.</li><li>Collaborate with global PLM architects, CAD admins, and data migration teams.</li><li>Develop and maintain user documentation, best practices, specification and training materials.</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline PLM tools and engineering processes.</li><li>Applicants should be familiar with Oracle and Power BI</li></ul><p><strong>What about the physical demands of the job?</strong></p><p>This position is primarily office-based within an engineering environment. Occasional presence on the shop floor may be required to support product structure validation, prototype reviews, or engineering discussions.
