Required to maintain the established Quality Control procedures.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Schedule:&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6pm<strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Essential Functions and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Operates automated inserters</li><li>Assures that all Quality Control procedures are followed.</li><li>Maintains minimum production standards of completed product.</li><li>Coordinates with the different departments for the scheduling of all projects.</li><li>Sort and prepare unmetered mail as necessary, report quality problems to the Production Manager.</li><li>Operate postage machine and accounting terminal accurately.</li><li>Record any spoilage or mistakes on the account tape for correction by billing.</li><li>Perform quality checks on finished mail before release to MLOCR.</li><li>Process mail efficiently to meet MLOCR cut-off time.</li><li>Report any suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation immediately to supervisor or department head.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li><li>Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all individuals.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED is preferred</li><li>Mechanical aptitude.</li><li>Ability to understand and follow QC procedures.</li><li>Good communication skills.</li><li>Good math skills.</li><li>Knowledge of First Class and Marketing Mail preparation standards.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>(In August 2022, the company names \"Post Masters, Blue Octopus Printing, and DOMA Document Solutions,\" providing print, mail, and digital solutions to customers were rebranded as Tandem Solutions, or Tandem for short. These three entities, housed under AWRC, Benchmark Human Services’ not-for-profit sister company, look forward to partnering with customers and new team members under this new identity moving forward. To be clear, nothing has changed except the brand name.
