The<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Tree &amp; Shrub Manager </span>plays a critical leadership role, overseeing daily operations, plant quality, merchandising, and team development across more than five acres of trees and shrubs.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable directing a team, managing priorities, and thriving in a fast-paced, seasonally driven retail environment. Weekend availability is required.
