    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">POSITION: </span>Driver / Client Transportation Specialist</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">LOCATION: </span>The Wave of Clearwater – Clearwater, FL</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EMPLOYMENT TYPE:</span> Full-Time or Part-Time (based on availability)</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">POSITION SUMMARY:</span><br>The Wave of Clearwater is seeking a reliable, professional Driver / Client Transportation Specialist responsible for the safe and timely transportation of clients to and from various destinations. This role is primarily transportation-focused but also includes limited client supervision responsibilities during off-site appointments and transport-related activities.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">As The Wave of Clearwater is a women-only facility, this position requires a female staff member to ensure client comfort, privacy, and alignment with the therapeutic environment.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Transport clients safely to and from:</li>\n<li>Urgent Care visits</li>\n<li>Emergency Room visits</li>\n<li>Interoffice appointments between Wave facilities</li>\n<li>Scheduled outside appointments</li>\n<li>Airport pickups and drop-offs</li>\n<li>Approved store runs and client-related errands</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Provide direct supervision of clients during transport and while off-site, including:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Remaining with clients during Emergency Room, Urgent Care, TMS, or other appointments when required</li>\n<li>Monitoring client safety, behavior, and adherence to facility expectations while off-site</li>\n<li>Reporting any concerns or incidents to appropriate leadership immediately</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Candidates appplying for this role MUST be able to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain strict adherence to all safety protocols and driving laws</li>\n<li>Ensure professionalism and appropriate client interaction at all times</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate transportation logs, mileage tracking, and scheduling communication</li>\n<li>Coordinate with Operations, Clinical, and Client Liaison teams regarding transport needs</li>\n<li>Perform basic vehicle checks to ensure safety and reliability<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>W-2 Employee</li>\n<li>Hourly Rate (based on experience)</li>\n<li>Weekly Vehicle Stipend (flat rate) for use of personal vehicle</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">REQUIREMENTS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid driver’s license with clean driving record</li>\n<li>Reliable personal vehicle required</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred: </span>Larger vehicle (SUV or van) suitable for client transport and luggage</li>\n<li>Active auto insurance meeting company minimum coverage requirements</li>\n<li>Ability to pass background check and drug screening</li>\n<li>Strong reliability, punctuality, and professionalism</li>\n<li>Must be able to maintain appropriate professional boundaries while supervising clients in non-clinical settings</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or client transport</li>\n<li>Experience transporting multiple passengers</li>\n<li>Familiarity with Clearwater, Tampa, and surrounding areas including airport routes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ADDITIONAL EXPECTATIONS:</span><br>This is a high-accountability role. The Driver must be dependable, responsive, and able to adapt to changing schedules, including urgent, same-day, and after-hours transport needs.</p>\n<p>This position includes limited, non-clinical client supervision responsibilities during transport and off-site appointments.
