    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Support the buildout of warehouse, supply chain, and logistics operations for a new GMP CDRMO facility. This role focuses on standing up systems, processes, and infrastructure rather than routine day‑to‑day operations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Please note:</strong> this internship is on-site daily at our Middletown, DE facility. We will not consider candidates that need to relocate.  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with warehouse setup: layout, racking, bin structures, labeling, and material flow mapping.</li>\n <li>Support SAP implementation: master data setup, transaction testing, and documentation of workflows.</li>\n <li>Help develop SOPs, work instructions, and training materials for warehouse and logistics processes.</li>\n <li>Participate in establishing shipping/receiving workflows, cold‑chain procedures, and courier setups.</li>\n <li>Contribute to readiness activities: 5S, equipment commissioning, mock runs, and audit preparation.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate documentation aligned with GMP and GDP expectations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and interest in building systems and processes.</li>\n <li>Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, startup‑style environment.</li>\n <li>Basic Excel skills; ERP/SAP exposure is a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>What You’ll Learn</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>How a GMP warehouse is designed and launched.</li>\n <li>How SAP is configured for biopharma material management.</li>\n <li>How logistics systems are built for cold‑chain and global shipments.</li>\n <li>How cross‑functional teams prepare a site for operational readiness.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Need help finding the right job?</strong></p>\n<p>We can recommend jobs specifically for you!
